Bård Jervan (born in 1957) is an entrepreneur, senior partner at MIMIR AS, and co-founder of BeSmart Nordics. He is a senior expert in sustainable tourism development with over 20 years of experience across the Nordics. Bård has lead numerous projects and initiatives focused on innovation-driven tourism development, cluster formation, and new strategy development. He is an avid sailor, fond of the sea and jazz.

Vlad’s passion is to connect the dots between travel, food, hospitality and data. With more than 15 years of experience in the data, science and analytics field, Vlad held senior executive positions at Booking.com for more than 10 years where he was leading the data science and analytics community and built customer and employee facing data products. Currently, Vlad leads data and technology at Danone Specialised Nutrition division.
Early in his career, Vlad pursued culinary and hospitality education in Switzerland and worked as a professional chef, traveling and cooking around the world. He believes that data, when collected and used correctly, can help businesses make sense of who their customers are, unlock insights about customer behavior, will scale the impact of company’s services and products and most importantly will help businesses make significant change on sustainability.
Kamelia Georgieva
Climate & Sustainability Sociologist
Kamelia is a senior expert in the socio-economic aspects of climate change adaptation & mitigation, sustainable development and nature protection. She has led the design, planning and execution of multiple programs involving complex multi-stakeholder processes, multi-faceted group dynamics and multi-layered socio-economic developments. As result of her extensive experience she has developed excellent understanding of and ability to work with public institutions, international organizations, large and small private sector stakeholders, non-governmental entities and community groups of different size. She is up-to-date with the most current thinking and themes (such as behavioural economics, shared value, design thinking and others).
